License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all free products offered by me, Mr. Card, via synths101.com. By downloading or using any of my free synth presets, audio samples, MIDI files, or DAW templates (“Products”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

  • “I”, “me”, “my” – refers to Mr. Card, the creator and owner of synths101.com and the Products.

  • “You”, “your” – refers to the individual or entity using the Products.

  • “Product” – any free synth preset, sample, MIDI, or DAW template made available on synths101.com.

  • “Reproduce” – to use the Product as part of an original musical or audio work (e.g., song, remix, film soundtrack, commercial, game score), but not to distribute or sell the Product itself.

2. License Grant

I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Products in your personal or commercial music and audio projects.

You may:

  • Use the Products in music releases, demos, albums, remixes, soundtracks, games, podcasts, YouTube videos, or other original audio/visual content.

  • Edit or manipulate the Products for creative use within your compositions.

You may not:

  • Sell, share, rent, redistribute, or repackage the Products as standalone files (e.g., as part of a sample pack, preset bank, or MIDI collection).

  • Upload or host the original files on other websites or servers.

  • Use the Products in isolation (e.g., as background music in apps or stock music libraries).

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Product files.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Products remain my exclusive property. This Agreement does not transfer ownership or grant you any intellectual property rights beyond the limited license described above.

4. No Warranty

All Products are provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. I am not liable for any issues arising from the use of the Products, including but not limited to data loss, software conflicts, or creative outcomes.

5. Termination

I reserve the right to revoke this license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Products from your devices and backups.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
